To mark the release of the new catering trade catalogue (pro range), we had the opportunity to go shoot the sugars in a fine establishment in Seine-et-Marne: Le Petit Corne Biche.

A thousand thanks to the whole restaurant team for their welcome during the shoot, and to Sylvie Le Trividic for this moment of sharing and the quality of its photos.

We highly recommend this place in Arbonne-la-Forêt. Take the time to come and savour Mika's cooking, which matches his high standards for his art and his generosity... a passionate and talented Chef!
